Because each hat is one of a kind and designed to fit the circumference of the head, they are not returnable. Please measure your head with a tape measure to be sure the hat fits you before you order it.
The only return accepted on hats is if the package and hat are damaged in shipping. Please file a claim with the carrier and send pictures to me for a refund or a remake of the hat or crown. Each hat and crown is shipped with a $100.00 insurance policy, to ensure it makes it to you safe and sound.
My hats are made in a smoke free, dog friendly house. If you order a custom hat or crown, I channel your energy into your vision of what you wish to be created.
